After selling approximately 70,000 tickets The Mission of St Francis held the drawing on Thursday. The winning ticket belonged to Bernard Gross of Foster City, Calififornia. Gross is a 67-year-old retiree who was looking for a job because his investments had fallen with the economy, Local 10's Neki Mohan reported. He said he hopes to use his winnings to help his brother and himself.
The drawing for the 2nd Annual Charity Raffle was held today. David L. Hudson from Dunwoody, Georgia was the winner. David was extremely happy and said he loved the work the Mision is doing. The Mission has expressed that the next raffle they plan to do will be for a Ferrari sports car. Again Local 10's Neki Mohan reported.
